Weekly Sessions at a Glance

In this weekly group, you’ll work on regulating your nervous system, understanding the patterns that keep you stuck, and practicing new ways of responding to your life in real time.

Together, we focus on building awareness, increasing emotional capacity, and creating meaningful change that actually lasts.

Participants learn how to pause instead of react, recognize triggers as they’re happening, and use practical tools to stay grounded in the moment and shift away from constant overwhelm. You’ll begin to understand patterns like over-functioning, people-pleasing, avoidance, or shutdown—without judgment—and experiment with new, more supportive responses.

Over time, this work helps you stay present in discomfort without collapsing or escaping, communicate more directly and honestly, and make decisions from a place of clarity rather than anxiety. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s building a more regulated, sustainable way of showing up.
